o Please can you give a quote for 10,000 perforated and then swaged SS304 or SS303 perforated steel tubes 530mm long with an OD of 96mm and a wall thickness of 1mm. We are open to modifying the perforation pattern but need a maximum ball passage of 2.5mm through the perforations. Our default perforation pattern are 2.5mm by 25mm slots spaced by 6mm. We also need 3X 10mm assembly bolt holes at one end of the tube. We also need the internal vertices to be deburred by bead blasting or other post process. We are also open to helical/spiral welded tube configurations. Finally as you will see from the attached STEP file we need the end of the tube to be swaged into a smaller ID of 60mm.
