Specifications
• 1 L to 5 L mixture volume of epoxy spray-paint components in flammable solvent.
• Lab with ventilation
• Containers that can be cooled :
· Jacketed (double wall) with two water connections
· 1 L and 5 L
• We need to achieve blade tip speed of 18 m/s to 25 m/s. We believe this requires at least 6000 rpm for the blades we intend to use
Three more linked specifications :
1. Container height and diameter to be approximately equal. Please advise container height and diameter
2. Blade diameter to be about half to two-thirds of container diameter. Please advise available blade diameters. We were considering (60, 80, 100 and 120) mm.
3. Blade tip speed of 18 m/s to 25 m/s
· For example, at least 7000 rpm is required for a 50 mm diameter blade
· At 6000 rpm the following table may be used. Of course we expect to be able to reduce the rpm when using larger blades.
