I seek cheap spunbound nonwoven packing bags of the following specifications : a) Dimensions 7*12 inches, 9*15 inches, 7*8inches able to carry 1kg, 2kg and kg of repacked contents comfortably without breaking. b) Lightest thickness possible used as guided by your engineers expertise (am not a guru in spelling out thickness to be used)... The bags should be made of lightest thickness that can allow them to carry the said weights of repacked contents. This would then translate to 1 metric ton of bags comprising of 400,000-420,000 bags mixed varieties. c) The nonwoven rolls should be laminated with a thin PET film to add some strength to the material and most importantly, ensure during bags manufacturing, the inner parts of the bags are laminated thus ensuring fine powdered products like flour and sugar repacked in these bags dont cling on to the inner sides,dont spill out since nonwoven material tears easily with trivial stretching..I hope you understand this part. Check out attached photo for reference. d) The bags would have a foldable flat base (gusset-like foldable flat base) that allows the bags to sit upright during repacking process of contents.. e) The bags would have a simple two-coloured logo on just one side. f) The bags would need a very cheaply attached tying thread to the open top, not necessarily an embedded draw string.Just some small 6cm appended string to be used during sealing off contents after repacking.
