Does your equipment pess melon/watermelon?
If yes, then is the dryness of the final product enough for further milling and obtaining melon powder? Desired content of the water is 5-7%. But on the other hand, processing (dehydrating) temperature should not exceed 40C in order to conserve all vital components (vitamins, micro-elements etc.) of the melon/watermelon. So the question is : is it possible to get 5-7% dehydration on your equipment while the working temperature is 40C?
Considering the above, please send us equipment description for dehydrating melon/watermelon : the method of dehydration, capacity, power supply (max and working values), cost, etc. Please take into account, that we are going to use it for small business, so at this stage we are interested on the lowest capacity. If everything goes well on first stage, then we plan to expand producing, may be together with you.
