for our production we need material :
> High precision UNS N07090 2.4969 / 2.4632 nickel alloy Nimonic 90 strip or sheet
We produce brazing materials for the worlds leading radiator manufacturers in the automotive industry and we form special Springs therefor. The working temperature is abou 650 C and we have very good experiences with this kind of Material.
For a current project, we only need about 4 - 5 kg Alloy 90> 2.4969 / 2.4632 US N07090 as> Cold rolled, fh, coil or sheet approx. 100mm - 200mm wide t = 05> alternatively also t = 0,6mm
The length of sheet format can be your standard. We have machines that can cut and bend the material and as well to do the heat treatment
As i see on your site you can supply material already treated
