My full design layout of plant is here :
I need 2 Conveyor belts* 2 x15 footconveyor belts (2 feet wide or less)* 2 x6 footconveyor belts (2 feet wide or less)
- No stopper required at the end of the line-One direction movement - left to right- will carry individual peppers on them (not packaged yet). Each weight is only 8 ounces per pepper. Maybe hundreds of peppers at a time- Beltmay be rubber or PVC - (whatever is cheapest)Is PVC better quality than rubber?- fixed speed is fine (because it is cheaper?).What is additional cost for variable?- Belt can move very slow (because slow speed is cheaper?)- What are my color options (not white please)- Should be food grade1.)Let me knowwhat is cheaper : Two straight conveyors that drop peppers onto 2 other straight conveyors (total of 4 conveyors)or just 2 90 degree turning conveyors2.)What is the material for the legs and frame? *** flat wheel roller should have a stopper at the end. A simple piece of metal that stops the boxes from falling off the roller at the end.*** And it should be sloped downward.*** On the gravity wheel roller each box will be 11.5 lbs***Box is 16 wide what is standard size for flat wheel roller?
