Need supplier for LPG 50/50 urgently.

Buyers requirements,
(1) 3,500MT Trial Order
(2) Contract with 14,000MT monthly delivery (partial delivery by 3,500MT weekly x 4)
(3) May soon extend to 20,000MT / month
(4) CIF port in Southern East Asia
(5) Seller issues 2% PB / Buyer issues L/C
(6) Payment by MT103/TT after inspection at destination port
(7) Seller pays commission to all parties
(8) Need to deliver within 7-10 days after contract. ETA Trail Order Jan/15/2016
(9) WITHOUT ANY UPFRONT FEE

Although the quantity is small, it potentially will become a 4 years long contract (R & E).

This will definitely need a special plan outside of standard SCO. Please dont waste our time if you can not meet the above conditions.
