The quantitiy of the items is as follows :

Octagonal vertical profiles :
2100mm x 45.5mm - 16 pcs

Horizontal profiles :
900mm x 46mm x 19mm - 24 pcs

Tension locks
Dimensions as from the picture you sent, widht should be at least 20 mm - 48 pcs

If the tension locks come assembled with horizontal profiles we don't need extra locks.
