Since you specialize in the manufacture of polymers and have the service of customizing additives on products for your customers, allow me to submit a request to customize a product for dental applications.

-I would like to inform you that we need to place 3-4 orders per year of the same customized product.

_The additives required on medical grade Pom polymers and the final form of the desired product :


1- 0.05% of graphene oxide or carbon fiber (to add good mechanical properties such as high fracture resistance) 2-Adding nano-zircon or glass or nanocilica at a rate of 20-30% (in order to improve it chemically so that the absorption of liquids is at the lowest level).
We will use the product in the medical field.
3- If possible, add a small percentage of nano-silver at an amount of 0.02%.

The shape I aspire to achieve as a final product is circular discs with a diameter of 98.5 mm and a height of 22 mm.(

If this is difficult to achieve, I can receive the product as a rod with a diameter of 100 mm and then send it to a cutting factory Waiting for your reply.
We will need 4 colors, white and the three colors that were attached (I can also send you samples of colors to your factory)

Once you give me the samples, I transfer 50% of the order value to you to start manufacturing and the remaining 50% before shipping.
