We are looking to design medical scrubs with very specific design coordinates. Below we have listed the requirements for the scrubs with pictures.
1. We require the following designs and styles. The stitching must be clean and precise.
2. We also need good quality draw strings in a variety of colors
3. We need a wide variety of colors. Ideally we would like to select the colors and have the fabric died.
4. We need one waterproof fabric and one soft fabric
- Waterproof fabric should be a cotton polyester blend
- Soft fabric should be a blend of
- 72% polyester
- 21% rayon
- 7% spandex
If you can recommend a softer fabric that is antimicrobial we are willing to try it.
5. We need sizes that range from extra small (XS) to very large (XXXL)
6. We need to know what the minimum order is per color/size.
7. All shirts need to be front button ups. The buttons we require are strong snap buttons. The front of the shirt also needs magnets as shown in the pictures
8. We need magnets sown into the scrubs as well. Magnets need to be sown on all pockets for closure. NO ZIPPERS OR BUTTONS for pockets.
9. We need strong magnets placed close to the shoulders approximately below the collarbone to hold a stethoscope in place.
10. We also need a medium size pouch sewn into the back of the inside of the shirt. The purpose of this pouch is to be able to fold the shirt into the pouch as well as the pants once the scrubs have been worn and need to be washed.
