1. Specification of Clinical Examination Gloves- 3500000 Pcs
a. The material should be Natural Rubber Latex and pale yellow in color.
b. The design should be straight fingers, Thumb and fingers in one plane, fits either hand (Ambidextrous) with rolled rim.
c. The powder content should be less than 10mg/dm2.
d. As some of our surgeons are allergic to the powder used in these gloves, unpowered gloves should also be supplied according to the demand.
e. The extractable protein level should be less than 200g/dm2.
f. The gloves may be non sterile.
g. The gloves should have a shelf life of minimum 3 years from the date of manufacture.
h. There should be 100 pieces in each box.
i. It should follow the Accepted Quality Limit (AQL) of 2.5
j. The weight of the gloves must be 3.0 6.5 grams per piece (medium size).
k. Must have CE certification CE ISO 9001 : 2008, ISO 13485 : 2003.
l. Must meet the quality standard of ASTM D 3578, EN455.
m. Must be able to supply various sizes like small, medium and large depending on the demand.
n. Sample of the gloves to be supplied must be submitted for inspection and evaluation by the users. Failure to provide sample will be considered disqualified.
