Manual capsule filling machine - whole capsules only!

Dear Sir or Madam,
we are looking for a manual capsule filler that can separate entire capsules in the filling process. So we can´t use half capsules!
We would need a machine for ´000 sized capsules. we already have a CN240 manual filler which is getting too small , so we look for something with a larger amount of holes.. e.g.. 400 or 500 holes.
We don´t want a semi automatic machine,, because we don´t have a engineer to maintain or sustain a reliable functionality of the machine and we need to compress our capsules many times by hand to get in the required high density dosage of our substances.
Does any manual capsule filling machine come to mind to you that could suit our requirements?
