Looking to buy Commercial Plywood

Good day,
I work for Eldorado Construction, a startup construction company in Canada sister to Old Crow’s Classic Cars.
We are working on building a shipping container home and we’re looking for these materials :
• Plywood
• Shipping container
• Insulation (solid type, not fiberglass)
• Sheetrock
DESCRIPTION : Some of the plywood will be used on the exterior so the type of wood doesn’t really matter in this case. But some of the plywood will be used on the interior, so I request half of the plywood to have a hardwood at least on one side. Obviously If price allows, I’d prefer to buy all high quality hardwood, or even marine grade if possible. Our projects are rustic, therefore If we can get 2nd grade plywood for cheaper that would be best. It doesn’t matter if there are scratches of small broken pieces on some of the plywood.
Our main priority is the plywood. Here are the specifications :
• Thickness around 1inch (25mm)
• Size : standard 4x8ft but will consider other sizes such as 1mx2m
• 2nd grade
• Delivery to Toronto or Oshawa port in Canada
• Maximum budget of $2000USD for the plywood
• Maximum $1200USD for 20ft shipping container
• Preferably CIF, CFR or DDP, or COD terms
• Half used for construction so wood type doesn’t matter
• Half used for interior will require 1 face that looks good, and has dark wood
• I want the Cheapest options
So please advise me of the price, quantity and type of wood and quantity of ply, and also price for the shipping container itself if possible.
