Price : CIF Lian Yun Gang Port, China or FOB
First shipment date : Within 20 days from receipt of DLC by Seller Quantity : 1st shipment 500 to 10KMT;
Subsequent deliveries buyer's option 10K- 30K MT +/- 10% per month x 12 months Payment Terms : Seller's PB first : PB 2% (CIF)/PB 5% (FOB) of full value.
The Seller will send as below :

1)Titanium Mining Production Experience, Annual Output, Prior shipments to China/EU/JP, etc.
2)Inspection Report by CCIC/CIQ/SGS/BV or Similar with copy of B/L in 2020 or 2021
3) Titanium Mining Field Operation Processing Video showing Stockpile
4)Registration, Export License
5)Firm Offer
6)Draft Contract
