Looking for Steam Coal

Buy offer Details

We are Chinese energy company seeking for NAR 5500 steam coal from INDONESIA. The contract buyer and letter of credit issuer will be global top 50 company. Our first quota is 2-3 million/year. And we need to have a trial shipment with following condition :
1. Performance bond of minimum 2% before the LC on( I know it is not common, but we need this to guarantee that the seeker will deliver the product on time and if not, our issuing fee of LC could be compensated)
2. CIF method for the trial shipment. And we need to release 90% of the LC at the point of loading and 10% at the port of discharging. And the following delivery method will be FOB MV
3. The type of LC will be non transferable, LC at sight.
