We need approximately 16-20 tons per year of aluminum manhole covers in a reversible format (Attached photos of the measurements : 20cm x 20cm and 50cm x 50cm).

The orders will be partial and shipped by sea to the port of Barcelona.
Our customs agent will handle the shipping logistics.

The measurements would be as follows :
20cm x 20cm x 4.45m - Weight : 2.5Kg
30cm x 30cm x 4.5cm - Weight : 4.20Kg
40cm x 40cm x 4.5cm - Weight : 6.40kg
50cm x 50cm x 4.5cm - Weight : 8.90kg
60cm x 60cm x 4.5cm - Weight : 12.00kg
70cm x 70cm x 4.5cm - Weight : 15.00kg
80cm x 80cm x 4.5cm - Weight : 23.00kg
100cm x 100cm x 4.5cm - Weight : 30kg

As it is possible to create replicas of the original pieces through the sand casting process, we will provide you with the original pieces to start manufacturing immediately.
Currently, we are manufacturing in China. We need your best offer (paint included, also the EPDM gas) with the same finish as the originals.
