Quartz tube to house furnace elements.
We manufacture the coil wire element and it is then placed inside a quartz tube.
We need the tube. The maximum ambient temperature of the furnace is 960c. The usual operating temperature is 850c for an average time of up to 2 hours.
We anticipate the internal temperature of the tube to reach 1000c - 1050c+ due to the enclosed element.
We can take satin or clear.
We have various sizes but here are our most common two. 960mm x 15mm x 1.5mm wall thickness.
Open both ends.
1080mm x 32mm x 2.2mm wall thickness open on both ends.
