We are looking for the light (2-3 mil) flexible, strong, tear/puncture/abrasion resistant film with Helium holding barrier properties for airship gas bags. Best candidates - BOPA/PVDC or BOPA/EVOH/PE multilayer coextrusions. Sometimes Aluminum metallization can be used. The material shall be heat sealable at least from one side. I need your recommendations and samples of available films (20 sq. M for each type) with the detailed description (thikness of each layer) and, if possible, lab reports. If you have too many types, please, send just the structure and we will define the sample request.
