Minimum Average Length : 5.90 mm Min
Foreign Matter : 0.10% Max
Damaged & discolored/yellow grain : 2% Max Broken Grains (2/3 Basis) : 5% Max
Milling Degree : Fresh Milled Basis
Crop Year : 2022/23 (New Crop)
Rice is free from weevils and Insects and is fit for
human consumption
Quality and weight final at port per certificate of inspection of quality and weight issued by SGS. This certificate issued at load port will be considered as the final document of Quality & Weight.
Quality and weight as per SGS, to be analyzed at loading point and at discharge point as well. Cost of SGS on buyer if cargo passes all the parameters, cost of SGS for rejected lots on seller if cargo fail
any of above parameters.
PACKING AND MARKING :
BOPP bags of 25 kgs net each with Buyer's Markings (Bags to be provided by buyer, seller's to pack it for buyer in net weight basis, invoice of rice to be issued for loose)
QUANTITY :
10,125 metric tons, 5% more or less at buyer's
option.
PRICE, INCOTERMS AND DESTINATION : INR 26, 000/- per metric ton, FOR Mundra port (CFS)/JNPT Mumbai, India.
PERIOD OF DELIVERY :
Delivery period to be April - May 2023 as agreed,
in part, minimum 1000 mt and maximum 1200 mt per week. Buyer have rights to ask for late loading if there is heavy congestion at Mundra/JNPT port or bad weather, strikes or any natural reasons.
PAYMENT
Payment : 90% on loading of stated cargo on
vehicles at factory against e-waybill, LR and SGS
Reports, balance 10% within 1 day of discharging
cargo at Mundra port. DOCUMENTS shall consist of
1) Invoice
2) LR
3) e-way bill 4) SGS e-report
INSURANCE
As Concluded on FOR terms seller shall be responsible for obtaining insurance.
