Looking for Laser perforated quartz plate

We are looking for two separate laser perforated quartz parts.

1. We are looking for a rectangular quartz plate that is 2.5" by 41" in size with 1/16" or 3/32" holes and packed about 1/32 or 1/16" apart. We would also be willing to do slots if that is any easier. If this is possible, we are looking for prices for quantities of 10, 50, 100, and 1000.

2. The second part we are looking for is a 1" diameter quartz disk that is approximately 1/16" thick. We would like the specific pattern in the attached drawings, but if this is not possible we would still like a quote on a standard pattern. I have attached a DWG to this inquiry, but I can provide a pdf if needed.
