DLC MT700, Irrevocable, Transferable, Divisible, Confirmed DLC.
-> DLC issuing bank : CIC Paris
-> DLC for first 25K MT Trial order be valid for 90 days with dedicated trial contract
-> DLC for 50K MT x 12 months Contract order be valid for 1 year with dedicated yearly contract

PAYMENT
pay for each shipment by TT/MT103 against shipping docs (BL & SGS Report) at loading port.
Price CIF US$ 300 USD per MT

SALES PURCHASE PROCEDURE
1) Buyer issu LOI.
2) Seller issue draft SPA. and Draft verbiage DLC willing
3) Buyer and Seller sign SPA and file the SPA with their respective Banks.
4) Seller issues Proforma Invoice for upcoming shipment.
5) Seller' Bank issues swift message to Buyer's Bank to request RWA
6) Optional : Buyer may seek proof of stock and confirm before issuing the DLC.
7) Buyer issues the payment guarantee instrument DLC MT700.
8) Seller informs the Buyer with the loading date schedule.
9) Optional : Buyer may send their representative to see loading of stocks at port.
10) Seller mobilizes the stock to port and load Sugar to the Vessel after SGS inspection.
11) Seller issues the SGS & shipping documents to Buyer's Bank.
12) Buyer makes the payment by TT/MT103 against SGS & Shipping documents at loading port.
13) Vessels reach their destination port. Buyer custom clears, inspect and collect the goods.
