We are looking to replicate this companies product as they do not offer a 33mm x 20mm plank.
Currently we take a stock of 140mm x 24mm x 4000mm and split into 4 sticks and plane down to the correct size but this is a labour intensive process here in the UK.
Therefore we are looking to find a supplier who can extrude the plastics to the correct dimensions from manufacture.

We are ‘High Access Solutions Ltd’ a UK company established for 16 years looking for a HPDE product for external use Worldwide on roofs exposed to sunlight.

Specification :
Colour : Black
Surface Finish : Smooth or very low texture
Material : HPDE 100% can be recycled product to reduce costs
Ultra Violet : UV stabilised (UV 10 Package) to give a minimum of (700 kilo-Langley) a minimum of 20 years minimum life in UK external environment.
The product structural integrity must be protected by a UV package and supplied with external testing house approval of quality.

Quantity :
18,000 units per 40ft container if possible.
