we are exploring the possibility to establish a glove manufacturing facility in Tijuana Mexico, I have seen a lot of videos on how the machines work and the different steps It takes to make the Nitrile Gloves.

We are looking to start with a Small machine 3000 to 5000 nitrile gloves per Hour, we want to make 3.5mil and 4.5 mil thick nitrile examination gloves

We purchase a property of 20,000 square meters and we are preparing for construction (nothing has been built yet)

But what I need to know is what else do we need to manufacture the gloves, Nitrile and what other chemicals how much electric Energy is used , how much water is used,
how much Gas is used, how many people is needed to run the machine, How much chemicals I need.
Can you help me with that information so I can calculate the cost of producing the gloves and see if is cost effective for our business.
