1. Per shipment, each 45 days : 400,000 MT
2. Total Yearly (12 months) Quantity : 400,000 MT x 8 = 3,200,000 MT

TERMS OF PAYMENT ON CIF TERMS – AT SIGHT AT ARRIVAL AGAINST DOCUMENTS
1. Revolving Letter of Credit; or
2. Revolving SBLC + MT103; and
3. SGS Inspection Mandatory (POP against POF principle) and all Instruments Irrevocable and Reconfirmed by CitiBank New York

DELIVERY AND INCOTERM
1. Any West Africa Port
