Looking for Custom color nail polish

I have been tasked with sourcing the following :

A five pack of custom color nail polish bottles (10ml, square glass bottles, black cap), prepacked in a cardboard box (or better) with our custom label on front of the bottle. The box should be labeled as well with our logo.

The colors need to be named on each bottle with a label (on bottom.) I can pass on the custom colors (their codes as well as the names if we can get to a sample stage.)

I am looking to source polish that can claim to be as free of the following as possible : Ideally we are looking for 15 free but will settle for the closest we can get. Here is the list of what we would like to be free of (knowing this is a list of 20 items, we strive to find a polish that has as many of these harmful ingredients eliminated :
