-Our oil buyer needs liquidable fund and cash against a usance LC of 90 days or non-operative transferable LC for 90 days issued from a government owned local state bank of Asia
This is important because crude oil sellers do not accept usance LC for 90 days
-Most crude oil sellers require a monthly activated payment by DLC, BG, or SLBC
-The cash amount of the LC of 90 days is almost 120 million dollars/monthly for 2 year contract
Our oil government buyer needs a BG/SBLC or activated DLC for every month for 2 years from your financial trader firm to oil seller
