Payment Terms : 100% SBLC MT760 OR 100% LC AT SIGHT.
Performance Bond : 3% To Be Issued Upon LC draft confirmation and Contract signed Prior to actual LC issuance.
(PB after Non operative LC to activate LC)

1. We will sign the NCND Agreements.
2. The seller will send the ICPO and Sales Contract to buyer for approval and signing.
3. The buyer will send the LC draft confirmation to Seller.
4. Upon Draft and Signing confirmation the Seller will issue the 3% performance Bond to buyer.
PB after Non operative LC to activate LC
5. The buyer will transmit the LC to seller.
6. The Seller will complete the shipments by negotiating the LC.
