Good day

 I have a client wanting to buy copper cathode from DRC congo. We are willing to deal with mandates, but the contract is signed between buyer and manufacturer. Cathode must be at least 99.97 purity.  Mostly CIF but at times buyer may wish to cash and carry in DRC. We require a minimum of 500 MT a month up to 2000Mt a month. Our target price is -22%LME.  We will also need a 2%PB from the manufacturer. Buyer wants to sign a 24 month contract. our payment terms are by (DLC) MT700 as guarantee, then TT payment upon delivery.
