Looking for Compostable Bags To Package Clothing

We are currently looking for a supplier of Compostable bags to package clothing.
We would be able to order around 80,000pc to 100,000pcs per season, twice per year.

We have a number of garment suppliers in China, and would need the bags to be delivered to each supplier.
Please confirm if you can do this process? Each individual supplier will be paying you for the bags.

Please can you advise the price for compostable bags in the below sizes based on the above overall volume?
We need one side to be printed with a warning message in black font.
