The TTN153 pipe-threading machine with CNC is designed for automatic processing of internal and external cylindrical, cone-shaped and end surfaces, cutting grooves and recesses of shafts, disks. It can also cut metric, inch, socket and cone threads on pipes. The machine can be equipped with a FANUC CNC system and appropriate AC servomotors.
The machine is equipped with a two-stage main drive and a 4 or 8 position turret.
Cartridge - manual or hydraulic.
Manual tailstock and hydraulic tailstock can be selected. The mating surfaces between the caliper and slideway are coated with Turcite-B.
With the help of a centralized lubricator, forced impulse lubrication of the mating surfaces, ball screws and guides is carried out.
