Hello,
I am a purchaser for McTails, a dog collar company. We are looking for a manufacturer for high quality hand made leather dog collars. Our first order with a new supplier will be 160 collars total. 4 different sizes (Small, medium, Large, X-Large). 4 Different color combinations.
Please check the specifics below :
-Colors
There will be 4 different color combinations. Each color combo will be 40 collars (10 of each size). I will provide the pictures but here is a description below :
First color combo : Light blue on the front of the collar. Light grey on the edges and on the entire back. The light grey should be visible on the edges when looking at the collar from the front. Stitching- light grey (match the color of edges)
Second color combo : Light grey on the front of the collar. Light blue on the edges and on the entire back. The light blue should be visible on the edges when looking at the collar from the front. Stitching- light blue (match the color of edges)
Third color combo : Light pink on the front of the collar. Light grey on the edges and on the entire back. The light grey should be visible on the edges when looking at the collar from the front. Stitching- Light grey (match the color of edges)
Fourth color combo : Light grey on the front of the collar. Light pink on the edges and the entire back. The light pink should be visible on the edges when looking at the collar from the front. Stitching- Light pink (match the color of edges)
-Hardware
All clinches should be pitch black like in the picture.
Every collar should have 3 rows of clinches. The sizes of the clinches depend on the size of the collar.
Small collars : middle row about 0.7 cm. The outside 2 rows about 0.2 cm
Medium collars : middle row about 0.7 cm. The outside 2 rows about 0.2 cm
Large collars : middle row about 1cm. The outside 2 rows about 0.3 cm
Xlarge collars : middle row about 1cm. The outside 2 rows about 0.3 cm
Important : The buckle, D-ring, and other metal hardware should also be black and the color should match the clinches.
-Collar dimensions
Small : length- 38.1cm. Width- 3.17cm neck sizes 25.4 - 33cm
Medium : Length- 45.72cm. Width- 3.81cm neck sizes 33 - 40.64cm
Large : Length- 53.34cm. Width 4.45cm neck sizes 40.64 - 48.26cm
XLarge : Length- 60.96cm. Width 5.08cm neck sizes 48.26 - 55.88cm
