5) Furthermore. we will be paying for the initial sample via PayPal. could you please provide us

6) What kind of packaging comes with this product? Does your price include customizing this packaging?
7) Do you ship goods from your location to given address ( USA) by express or air mail ? Do you have any inhouse person or team that can handle custom bonds and other legal documents ?
8) Does the price you quoted include customizing design on the balloons ? If not. what does that Cost?
9) Do you have inhouse designer to create designs ? if not then what kind of design stuffs you need from us ?
10) What kind of material are you using to manufacture this ballons ?
