My name is Leslie, I am the merchandise designer of 555 Comic. We are interested in procuring a knitted garment of our own design through your factory, granted your factory receives ODM (original design manufacturing) orders.The product we are interested in producing is a round, double-sided, knitted shawl, preferably in acrylic wool of one solid color, mid-gauge thread. We have some other special specifications regarding the design we would like this piece to have (such as hem overlocking and internal pocketing in the same fabric as the shawl). Overall, we would prefer if all the pieces of the product were done in the same acrylic wool material, except for the overlocking of the hem (further technical documentation attached to this message).Before discussing the design further, we would like to ask the factory delivery times. Ideally we are looking for a factory willing to deliver samples in under 1-3 weeks after approving the documentation to produce said sample, and to deliver our placed order within 2-months after approving the corrections from the sample (if there are any to be made).

In addition to the above, we have some operational questions regarding your factory, we would like to know what is your minimal bulk order, as we are planning to produce 300 items or more. 
What are the prices for your samples? 
What would your quotations be if we order 200 / 400 / 1000 of this shawl? (please provide quotes including shipping to California, USA)Does the factory have its own fabric or yarn suppliers? 
If that is the case, could we request a list of fabrics/yarns available directly through the factory?
