We would like to inquire about the possibility of procuring and installing of facilities besides the commissioning and training of key personnel on operation of a Turnkey IV FLUIDS & PARENTERAL SOLUTIONS PLANT. This should be the first component of our joint venture project with an African partner. The second part is a SURGICAL SUTURES PLANT.
However, for purposes of the fist project, our company is preparing now a study of all requirements pertaining to the completion of project which should be able to produce at least 150,000 bottle daily and is expandable, and this is why we are looking for the right supplier who can provide a complete solution. The cost should cover the plant design (Architectural, Civil, Electromechanical, HVAC, Cleanrooming, Finishing, etc. with a comprehensive Bill of Quantity), water treatment equipment and procedures, medical solution preparation, sterilization , IV bottling line, inspection and quality assurance/control equipment and procedures, laboratory installations and equipment and stability chamber with proper methods of storage. The service contract should be added as annual separate cost.
