We are looking for the films below for packing surgical gloves using a Multivac machine at our factory. Printing will be done by our factory.

1. HDPE Opaque White Peelable Film : plain with corona treatment for printing by the client (top web), 54cm width, 75 microns. This is a three-layered, polyethylene copolymer-based film that is coextruded as tubular film and winded directly or cut in single wound film in width as desired. It is a non-curling recyclable peelable film with glossy white surface. Should be suitable for Gamma sterilization, and Ethylene Oxide (EO)
sterilization when sealed to a breathable substrate.

2. Thermoforming PE film : Non-nylon film, transparent clear (bottom web), 56cm, 70 microns. A three-layered, polyethylene copolymer-based film that is coextruded as tubular film and winded directly or cut in single wound film in width as desired. It features excellent clarity, formability and high puncture resistance which is
suited for shallow draw to deep draw. It is a sustainable alternative to the current widely
used multi-layer PA/PE coextruded thermoforming film.
