INSTRUCTIONS TO BIDDERS; but not limited to

2. Vendor’s quotation shall be included the following information’s
• Enquiry Reference SSS_INTL-1295-1 RFQ FOR fitting
• SUBMIT PREQUALIFICATION DOCUMENTS AND ACCEPTANCE OF GENERAL CONDITIONS OF CONTRACT & SUPPLY (ATTACHED)
• Provide along with its unit price offer per line item in BOQ; the Delivery Schedule TBA (MIN MANUFACTURING SCHEDULE; EX-WORKS) from date of Purchase Order confirmation.
• Firm and Fixed unit Prices in USD in accordance with the requirements and shall be CIF JEBEL ALI BASIS as per incoterms
• Certification (MFGR) shall be 3.1 (original + 2copies)+ INSTALLATION & COMMISSIONING DRAWING
• sea worthy Packing & CERTIFICATION OF ORIGIN included
• Place of Supply – DDP JEBEL ALI. FIRM UNTIL FINAL COMPLETION WITHOUT ANY ESCLATION.
