Hello,I have have some custom requirement. We need a machine which could be used to decant the supernatant from crystals. This would be used in the second step of the chemical synthesis, where the reaction supernatant would be transfered to the separating machine. The supernatant machine would cool and the crystals would form. So we would need to internally drain the remaining fluid and leave the crystals inside the machine. We think this machine should be of about 100-200l of volume and should have wider opening to scrape the remaining crystals after decantation. Inside of the container part of this machine, there should be an internal pipe installed, covered with a 5-100 micron filter. This would be needed to drain the fluid and separate it from crystals. This pipe should be connected to the GMP-compatible pump, which could help to pump out the fluid. The whole machine should have the ability to be cooled to -40C with various low-freezing liquids, such as ethylene glycol. This would be for crystallization part, as our crystallization requires low temperatures. Maybe you have something to offer?Maybe you have something to offer?
