IEC 61558 Lithium Battery Charger

Dear Suppliers,
I am sourcing for 60V and 72V, 3 or 4Amps lithium battery pack charger. These are the requirements :
1. CB test certificate (for IEC 61558 + test report need to be issued with signature, RTL test report. (please visit IECEE website at : .com for detail CB scheme info)
2. Complete wiring diagram/circuit diagram (indicate with registering model number) with components value. If without component values, please provide the Bill of material/Part List to support the diagram.
3. Colour photograph (indicate with registering model number) showing exterior and interior (overall and critical safety components view)
4. Product Label in colour photo or artwork
5. User manual (indicate with registering model number, for adaptor without user manual, please submit end product user manual)
6. Authorisation letter from the CB test report owner (if different from the applicant). Please indicate the CB test certificate number & test report number
