We need the machine designed for making flanges, punching holes in them and forming stiffening ribs on them. The machine must perform all the operations without changing position of a workpiece. The workpiece must be gripped on spindle by an expanding lock-off device. Blocks of flanging, punching and stretch flanging are arranged about the circle around the workpiece. It makes them easy and quick to position due to the flywheels system.
Mechanical arms with direction markers allow to center the workpiece on the axis, and its adjustment allows to change the height of flanging. Flanging and stretch flanging are performed by drive rollers with hydrostatic system. The block of punching has an electric actuator with reduction gear and detector. The whole system is easily managed by a positioning device.
