Custom : The connector will need to be moulded as per the attached photos showing custom dimensions
Material : Aluminium OR semi-flexible (non-brittle) plastic to withstand heavy load impact without cracking
Quotation : An initial ballpark quotation is requested at this stage to decide which material to use (aluminium or plastic) and to establish setup mould costs, etc
A detailed engineering drawing of the connector will be provided at a later stage
