Hi There!
My name is Diego Caban form Tao Ad-Ventures, the holding company of a couple of brands that cater to customers to all the United States and western Europe. We are looking to manufacture a patented product using customized, high-density EVA Foam. We currently sell this product online and to doctor office chains within the United States and Europe. We estimate we will be purchasing between 500-1000 units per month (placing orders every two to three months), with an initial trial order after sample order evaluation.
I do need to ask a couple of questions before sending info on the product. You will sign a non-compete agreement and confidentiality agreement before I send you my product descriptions if you agree and If you can answer these next questions favorably to meet the product manufacturing requisites.
1) What is your lead time for samples and trial orders?
2) Please describe the level of customization and the technology you guys use to achieve the custom cuts.
3) What is the thickest foam product you have. I need at least 85mm thickness availability.
4) What foam colors do you work with? Can I get royal blue, black and gray EVA foam materials through you?
5) Can I add my logo to this item? Can I do the packaging through you as well?
6) What kind of packaging customization do you guys offer?
7) What is the sample cost + shipping by express to the US?
8) Are you a manufacturer or trade company?
9) What is the standard production time for each order?
10) All product price quotation shall be provided EXW.

Packaging Requirements :
1) Good quality box packaging
2) Include on the box Print : My company logo on top, a made in China imprint in one of the sides or underneath and the product sku in one of the sides.
3) Additionally, I will request a instructions sheet be included inside each box for the customer
4) My Company name with my address and contact ****
5) If using a plastic bag to package, please put a suffocation warning on the plastic bag.
