Hand Crank Generator Motor and Electronics

Dear Sir/Madam,
I am looking for a motor, gearing, and power generation electronics for a small hand crank generator I am producing. I am interested in all 3 areas but also each one independently.
The goal of the system is to input 50 RPM into the device and produce ~0.5 watts of power that will charge a battery. There is a good amount of input torque available but size is the biggest constraint.
Motor :
- assuming this will be a brushless DC outrunner that would generate power efficiently when the shaft is turned at between 500 and 2000 RPM but it is desired to be as close to 500 or lower as possible on the RPM
- diameter should be 16mm - 20mm and length up to 40mm
- nominal voltage in the 5-12V range is reasonable but if accompanying electronics support higher voltage that is not a hard requirement
Gearing :
- looking to use standard gearing with the input gear axial aligned with the motor shaft
- interested in a gear train that is mounted to a plate or other structure but must fit within a 20mm tall housing
Power Generation Electronics :
- generate power of ~0.5 watts and charge a battery when the motor shaft is turned
- most interested in the motor control side - pulling power out of the motor
