I am looking for a small scale Greek yoghurt production line. I want to be able to pasteurize the milk >ferment it>filter the whey to make it thicker>add flavours to mix with yoghurt in mixing tank (I have 5 different flavours currently)> filling>packing
I currently have a company that makes Greek yoghurt manually. I want to mass produce but want to start out with 150L Greek yoghurt production capacity (around 300L milk). I need to production line to be feasible and upgradeable as we are planning to add more production lines as we grow. I am looking for a long term partner. I am planning to start with a small production line and keep growing and ordering more down the road. Thank you
