Im looking for products with the following specifications :
Gas Nitrogen Drum 60 m3 as following specs :
Storage capacity : 60m3
-Operating pressure : 60 bar
-Atmosphere temperature : Min : - 10 C° , Max : 50 C°
-Atmosphere pressure : 1,013bar.
-Gas nitrogen density : 1,18kg/m3
-Position of construction is horizontal.
- Design of drum should be according to standard : ASME CODE, SECTION Vlll Division I ,ll, Boiler and pressure vessel code .
- All additional equipment should be manufactured and tested according to international standards ( API, ASME ....) .
-(Iso- 9001) certification
And with additional required equipment :
1- Pressure safety valve for operating pressure : 20 bar.
2- Pressure safety valve for operating pressure : 60 bar.
3- Pressure reducing system from 60 bar to 20 bar is supplied with close and bypass valves on outlet stream of diameter/ 2 in /.
4- One (open- close) valve on inlet stream of diameter /1in/ and operating pressure 60 bar.
5- Vent is supplied with manual valve.
6- Drain is supplied with manual valve.
7- Two plug gauges, one for temperature gauge and one for pressure gauge.
