Items to be welded – L angle and Ibeam ,
Max weight of the component. – 100 kg.
Max length of the component – 4 meters
Required speed is 2m/s
Calculate the load according to Robot model.
4 work piece (L- angle 12m ) are shown in the image, 2 up and 2 down.
The details provided is only a basic frame structure, the structure can be modified according to design limitations, provided the work envelope remains the same.
