Dear Sir/Madam,
Id like to request a quotation including full product details.
My requirements are as follows :
I am looking for fuel pressure regulators with different pressures (410 KPa / 59.5 psi and 48 KPa / 7.0 psi) that I can use for multiple aftermarket applications. Attached is a preliminary drawing with basic dimensions and requirements and photos of the currents parts. Other requirements are as follows :
Metal components are 304 or 316 stainless steel
O-ring is fluorosilicone, fluorocarbon, or NBR
Ball is ceramic
Filter is nylon
Annual usage could be 1,000 / 5,000 / 10,000 pieces
O-ring end will fit into 12.5 mm diameter bore
We are willing to open new tooling if necessary and cost is feasible
If a current design is available, or can be modified to meet the noted requirements, please provide piece cost and MOQ.
If a current design is not available, please provide estimated tooling cost, piece price, and MOQ.
