Im looking for a fruit and vegetable processing line made out of SUS304 stainless steel.
The processing line should be able to handle about 500kg to 1000kg per hour (about 3000 fruit / hour) for 415v 3 phase power. The fruits to be processed include avocados and sweet potatoes
The line should have the following parts in order of processing
1. Hydraulic feeder that will lift a standard 400kg fruit crate 1200mm x 1200mm x 700mm from the ground into the washing part
2. bubble washing machine
3. air drying
4. brush polishing (soft brushes after fruit is dry)
5. conveyor
6. weight grading machine with grades from 150g to 750g
I do not need rinsing and waxing.
Can you give me information about your suitable products and the FOB cost for parts 1-5 and the FOB cost of the grading machine.
