Hi,
Am a product developer looking for a thermal conductive oil. It is to fill a gap that will be quite big (6.35 cm in diameter by 2.5 cm high) with complex geometry and needs to be very liquid between 0 and 300 deg C so it does not impede movement of small and light mechanical parts.
Critical criteria are :
• High thermal conductivity (ideally 5W/mK or higher)
• Needs to sustain periodically 300 deg C without degrading
• Ideally RoHS or food safe
• Low cost
