Floating charm plate for a dog tag floating locket

Im looking for products with the following specifications :
I am interested in a metal stainless steel floating locket plate that will fit inside the dog tag floating locket as shown in the picture attached. Depending on the cost I would want between 400-600 pieces. Each piece would be stamped as shown in the second picture except with the following listed below :
100 stamped with Army, 100 stamped with Navy, 100 stamped with Marines, and 100 Stamped with Air Force.
Depending on the cost I would get an additional 100 or 200. 100 stamped with Coast Guard and/or 100 blanks with no stamp. The thickness of the plate should be thin enough such that charms can still fit inside the locket with the plate but thick enough so that the charms fit side by side and not bunch up behind one another inside the locket.
What would the production time be including two photo proofs of the plate, one stand alone and the other of the plate inside a dog tag locket?
