Background : Reception on the 2nd floor and the door way on the 1st floor. Basic requirements are as follows :
1. If temperature is ok then move to point no.2 otherwise go to point no.5
2. If mask is ok then move to pint no.3 otherwise go to point no.5
3. If the visitor is known and recognized move to point no.4
4. Open the door (automatically) and come back to point no.1 for next visitor
5. Something went wrong. The terminal must provide a message on the screen for the visitor and send an alarm to the reception who must act remotely. Move to point no.6
6. Reception must get a message/alarm from the terminal and the message must explain what problem rised up (abnormal temperature, mask not weared, visitor not recognized or a mix of these situations). Move to point no.7
7. Reception must be able to see the face of visitor. The top is to activate the terminal’s camera remotely and see in real time who is in front of the terminal, alternatively must be able to check the image the terminal used for the recognition. Move in point no. 8
8. At this point the reception knows the problems and knows who is waiting in front of the terminal and so, the reception must decide who to act. Move to point no.9
9. Reception should be able to communicate with the visitor. The top is remotely using the speaker on the terminal and providing instructions to the visitor, an alternative could be sent a real time message on the terminal screen. Move in point no.10
10. At this point the reception may decide not to entry the visitor or open the door. To open the door must be possible to do it remotely (image there is a button in your software to give the manual opening command)
Above description (flow diagram) of how the ideal system must work. For safety reasons automatic opening by the terminal is allowed only if all three conditions are satisfied (temperature ok, mask ok, visitor recognized), in the presence of anomalies, some actions (remote) must be possible by the reception.
Pls check if your products can meet all the requirements or similar. Pls note that if your device can not open the door then if a relay works; If your device can give out alarm to the platform not only on the terminal; If your device can check visitors image like a cctv, live images or if it can support google app to realize this function; if your device can make the reception and the visitor have voice interaction, so that when abnormal situation happens the reception do not need to come down to check which is very risky. Device must have Europe plug for power cord.
